After the initial contact and pricing have been agreed upon we suggest the following steps.
1. Have rentee download, sign and fax back to you a copy of a rental agreement. Be very specific about time and dates that the equipment is being rented for and what happens if they are not returned on time or damaged. We have provided for download a basic agreement that can be modified to fit your needs.
2. Have rentee provide valid insurance certificate that names you and your equipment as being covered.
3. Inventory equipment and check for any damage etc., when picking up and dropping off. Have rentee sign and initial any discrepancies.
4. Get paid!
